
Cancer Research Wales are delighted to be teaming up with Global Adventure Challenges, as we head to Tanzania to take on the World’s highest free-standing mountain, Kilimanjaro.
Join us as we climb the Machame route that approaches from the South – trekking through savannah, cloud forest, moorland and alpine desert, before reaching the snow-capped summit for a truly unforgettable experience.
Dates: Thursday 25th February – Sunday 7th March 2021
Trekking distance: 69km
Accommodation: Hotel and camping
Challenge grading: Extreme (3/3)
Deposit: £299.00
This will officially secure your place on the trek. Please note that this once in a lifetime experience has limited places, and is expected to sell out very quickly.
Minimum sponsorship: £5,000.00
This will cover all associated costs, and also raise vital funds to support Cancer Research Wales. You will of course be provided with a fundraising pack, and given a direct contact at the charity who will support you on this amazing journey.
