Local radio stations The Wave and Swansea Sound will be broadcasting live from the event, which is this year sponsored by shoe giant Sketchers.

All money raised will go towards helping fund world class breast and prostate cancer research at both Singleton Hospital and Swansea University.

“This is a great way to get out and about in the fresh air, whilst helping to raise money for breast and prostate cancer research projects. Come on Swansea, we can do this – we hope to see you there!”

The walk is open to people of all ages, including dog-walkers. Entry is £7 per person, while pink and blue t-shirts are also available to buy at £8.
