Following the Welsh Government’s decision to raise Wales’ Covid-19 alert level to Alert Level 4 from Sunday 20 December all our charity shops will remain closed until the alert level is reduced and non-essential retail is allowed to reopen.

Please be aware that we are unable to receive any donations of goods while the shops are closed and we respectfully ask that people refrain from leaving any donated goods outside the shops at this time.

We would like to thank all our customers, staff and volunteers for their incredible efforts and continued support over this difficult period, and look forward to welcoming you back when the situation allows.

Our office will also be closed between 23 December and 04 January and, subsequently, we will have limited access to the office for the duration of the lockdown period in January. We apologise in advance for any potential disruption in service that these restrictions may cause and we will do our utmost to respond to all enquiries and donations as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and consideration.

In the meantime, please do all you can to remain safe and reduce the spread of Covid-19, please monitor and follow Welsh Government guidance.

The health of our beneficiaries, their families and friends will always be at the forefront of what we do, and that will never change.  Remember, if you have any concerns about possible signs and symptoms of cancer it is important that you contact your GP.
